    LEARN TO SWIM (Classes held every week day except during school holidays.  See reception for available times for your child)

    What: Lessons for pre-schoolers 3 years of age through to primary school aged children

    WHERE: A.W. Parsons Pool

    WHAT TO BRING: Swimwear, googles, towel and drink bottle

    FITNESS LEVEL: All abilities welcome

    INTENSITY: Low to moderate

    BENEFITS: Focuses on progressively learning correct techniques through multiple levels.

    COST: Varies dependant on number of weeks per term, statutory holidays etc.  Please check when enrolling your child.  Squad training prices also vary dependant on number of trainings per week, and length of time training.

    Swimming is a skill that can save lives.  It builds whole body strength from core to legs and arms while improving cardiovascular fitness.  In addition learning to swim early has also been scientifically linked to better academic performance.  Give your children the developmental advantage by enrolling them in lessons from an early age.

    AQUA JOGGING (9:00am Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 5:30pm Tuesday and Thursday - 55 mins)

    WHAT: Low impact group exercise class working out to music in the water

    WHERE: A.W. Parsons Pool

    WHAT TO BRING: Swimwear, towel and drink bottle.  Buoyancy belt provided

    FITNESS LEVEL: All levels.  Ideal for non-swimmers, pre/post natal and those with joint problems or injuries

    INTENSITY: Low to moderate

    BENEFITS: Increased fitness and mobility, toning

    COST: $5.50, gym members free

    Exercising in water provides multidirectional resistance to get the heart pumping and the muscles burning but in an ideal low impact environment.  Aqua jogging offers a fun, challenging workout as well as the opportunity to meet friends and socialise.


    Available for mothers and their babies aged 6 months to 3 years.  Please enquire at reception for further information
